("we", "us", "our")

1. DEFINITIONS

“Goods” means plaques, engraved products, signage, nameplates, memorials and any other physical products supplied by us.
“Hire Equipment” means curtains, drapes, rails, frames, track systems, and associated unveiling equipment supplied on a hire basis.
“Order” means the Customer’s order for Goods or Hire Equipment.
“Customer” means the person, firm or company placing the Order.
“Contract” means the contract formed in accordance with clause 2.

2. BASIS OF CONTRACT

2.1 These Terms apply to all sales of Goods and hire of Hire Equipment and override any terms proposed by the Customer.

2.2 An Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods or hire Hire Equipment in accordance with these Terms.

2.3 A Contract shall only come into existence when we issue written confirmation of the Order or commence production.

2.4 Any quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1 Prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated.

3.2 For bespoke plaques and engraved Goods, full payment is required prior to manufacture unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

3.3 Where credit terms are agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

3.4 We reserve the right to:

  • Charge interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998;

  • Suspend further deliveries;

  • Recover reasonable debt recovery costs.

3.5 Title in the Goods shall not pass until full payment has been received.

4. BESPOKE AND CUSTOMISED GOODS

4.1 All plaques and engraved items are made to the Customer’s approved specification.

4.2 The Customer is responsible for:

  • Accuracy of all spelling, dates, logos and artwork;

  • Ensuring it holds rights to reproduce any logos or copyrighted materials supplied.

4.3 Once artwork has been approved, we accept no liability for errors.

4.4 Bespoke Goods are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence.

5.2 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruption, or force majeure events.

5.3 Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer on delivery.

5.4 The Customer must inspect Goods within 48 hours and notify us in writing of any damage or shortages.

6. INSTALLATION

6.1 Where installation services are provided:

  • The Customer must ensure safe and suitable access;

  • The Customer warrants that the installation location is structurally sound.

6.2 We are not responsible for hidden services (wiring, pipework, etc.) not disclosed prior to installation.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

7.1 We warrant that Goods shall materially conform to agreed specifications.

7.2 Our liability for defective Goods is limited to:

  • Repair; or

  • Replacement; or

  • Refund at our discretion.

7.3 We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss;

  • Loss of profit;

  • Reputational damage;

  • Event cancellation losses.

7.4 Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods.

7.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All design rights in artwork created by us remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8.2 We reserve the right to photograph and use completed work for marketing unless the Customer expressly objects in writing.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, weather, transport disruption, labour shortages or government restrictions.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
